I grew up on a farm in Listowel Ontario. For 10 years my parents taught me work ethic, family values, and how to work the fields with a tractor at age 10. What they didn’t teach me was how to crash it. I learned that on my own. I joined the Army at age 17 and went on to help people around the world including Bosnia, Croatia, Rwanda, and Afghanistan. I was an Operating Room Technician which involved assisting in surgeries, treating the sick and injured.
After 25 years of dedicated service I decided that it was enough of being transferred every 4 years, settling down with the family was a priority. It was definitely a rewarding experience. We take life for granted. After experiencing the diverse lifestyles abroad, I began to appreciate what we we have here in Canada.
I got into real estate in 2008 and managed to achieve Master Sales award in just 2 years and Diamond Sales award from there on. I have a passion for what I do. Clients love that I’m detailed and that I do my research before submitting offers on properties. I hate to overpay for a property so why should my clients.
I intend to carry my values, work ethic and nursing skills to Real Estate. I think People Skills are important in this industry. Being personable, intuitive and a good listener.

Born and raised in Sudbury, Sophie grew up in an entrepreneurial family. For the past 12 years, she lived in Ottawa working in the Health and Wellness Industry. She's a very capable problem-solver with a range of experience in sales and marketing. Over the past 14 years, she's been responsible for over 150 accounts as a Senior Account Manager. Her territories included the Maritime Provinces, Quebec and Ontario.
Having worked with several clients, she is well aware of the importance of fostering relationships and maintaining superior customer service. In 2018 Sophie received an Award of Excellence in Sales as well as a nomination for sales rep of the year.

I grew up in Yarmouth, a small fishing town in Nova Scotia. We really didn't have much material wealth, but Mom & Dad were always there for us.
I got a computer programming diploma and headed off to the USA to work for a couple of years.
After spending twenty odd years immersed in the corporate life, I left my stressful, 6-figure job in I.T. SunLife Canada to pursue my dream job - personal trainer and nutrition coach. At the time I reported to a V.P. so it was a tough decision, but Joe encouraged me to make the leap. I meet so many wonderful people and absolutely loved this work. I still work part-time as the nutritionist at the Crossfit gym.
At some point, Joe (hubby and partner) got crazy busy & asked if I’d help him with the backend of his business. Of course, I said: “Hell ya”!
I get a lot of pleasure from supporting people and making their lives easier. That’s true for Joe, his buyer agents and especially you! I’ll do what I can to help (if I’m not at crossfit).
